My topic is about barefoot running. Some essential questions I am going to address is, what foot problems can barefoot running cure? Another question is, what are the differences between people's feet that run in shoes and people that run barefoot? One conclusion that I found out is that barefoot running might be dangerous at first because people don’t usually look at their feet when they are running in shoes. People look at what is in front of them because when you run in shoes you are not worried about steeping on a rock or on glass. But when people switch they need to be aware.
